Indoor Bowls / Bowling

We now have indoor bowls sessions running on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1pm – 3pm in the sports hall.

Membership costs £2 per year, plus £1 per session.

It’s pay and play, so you can just turn up on the day!

GKR Karate (Go-Kan-Ryu) brings the exciting Martial Art of Karate in reach of everyone. Classes are disciplined yet fun, allowing the whole family to experience the enriching benefits of karate while learning and developing skills at their own pace. We cater for children (5yrs+), teens, adults and families.

Apart from the obvious development of self-defence skills, Karate training builds confidence, positive attitude, determination, focus, and of course fitness.
